Two Tibetans immolated themselves in a protest against China in Dzamthang County under Ngaba Tibet Autonomous Prefecture.The duo identified as Choephak Kyab and Sonam, both 20 years old, set their bodies on fire around 1 PM (local time) near the County’s Dzamthang Monastery, a site where a teen-aged Tibetan monk self-immolated earlier this year.Sources said the two young Tibetans survived the self-immolation and were immediately taken away by local Tibetans but their condition is feared to be highly critical.The two Tibetan protesters are severely burned and there is almost no chance of their survival.
