Executive Order No.2 by President of CIG
China Interim Government has hereby formulated 2008 strategic objectives: give priority to 'civil revolts', couple with 'army revolts' whenever opportunity becomes mature, together procure the 'coup d'etat' to disintegrate the Chinese Communist Party in the end. This is how we will finally put a close to the dictatorship of the CCP regime.
In view of CCP's failure to remove the ban on Internet in mainland China before zero hour on February 7, 2008 (the traditional Chinese Lunar New Year), I now authorize the justice forces in domestic military of China to arise anytime anywhere for a military coup to disintegrate the CCP regime. Regional 'Civil Revolts' are authorized to unfold anywhere anytime from the date of issuing this order.
After the disintegration of CCP and the collapse of its regime, the China Interim Government will relocate to mainland China for preparing a transitional China's government, whose office of President shall be held by one who has made the most meritorious contribution to total disintegration of CCP and demoralization of its regime upon the official approval and appointment by a special committee. This new president can be either Hu Jintao or Wen Jiabao, or the highest military rank officer or civil revolts leader who takes hold of the first provincial government. The appointed president will be responsible for forming a new cabinet. Having completed its mission, the existing China Interim Government will then declare its dismiss.
