Tibetans from around the country will meet in Washington D.C to kick off the 50th Tibetan National Uprising campaigns.
Gathering Point: Lafayette Park‎, 1608 H Street Northwest, Washington, District of Columbia
Time: 11:00AM
The Rally starts at Lafayette Park and ends at the old Chinese Embassy.
Buses are arranged to leave at 5:00AM from 32nd street and 2nd Ave, Manhattan.

- Mar 10 - New York Rally starts at Cadman Plaza (Brooklyn) at 8AM
March 10 (50th Tibetan National Uprising Day in New York)
The Rally will start from Cadman Plaza at 9:00AM but publics are requested to gather at 8:30AM. The rally will pass over the Brooklyn Bridge, Centre St, Lafayette St, and 3rd Ave to reach UN at about 11:00AM. The official Function will be held at the Dag Hammarskjold Park in front of the UN. The rally will then resume at 2:00PM raising slogans and pass through Time Sq., the busiest section of Manhattan to reach the Chinese Consulate on 42nd St and 12 Ave around 3:00PM. The rally will dismiss at 4:30PM. We will regroup at Union Sq.(South Side) at 5:30PM for the evening program at Union Sq.
